Promo Logo Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders. Once an order has been received from the customer, the customer accepts the terms and conditions as outlined.
- Orders must be received in writing from the customer
- All orders are to be paid prior to work being carried out unless a credit agreement is in place and has been confirmed in writing by Promo Logo. Credit can be withdrawn without notice
- No work will be carried out until payment has been received and has cleared in the account unless credit terms have been agreed. Charges for returned cheques will be passed to the customer
- All orders remain the property of Promo Logo until payment has been received in full
- Once the order has been despatched, Promo Logo are not responsible for loss or damage to any goods. If this should occur, a claim must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods
- Promo Logo reserve the right to change prices if artwork/order details change
- Quotes are valid for up to 30 days
- All payments must be received on or before the date specified on the invoice
- All prices are subject to V.A.T at the current rate
- All prices quoted are subject to sight of final artwork
- All quotes and orders are subject to stock availability
- Descriptions of goods on the website and in catalogues can be altered without notice and Promo Logo are not responsible for any incorrect goods descriptions
- We reserve the right to alter prices with regards to change in Governments legislation, import/excise duties and customs
- All samples must be returned within 14 days
- Customers will be charged for works carried out and re-stocking on all orders cancelled
- All overdue accounts will be chased for payment via phone and in writing. Overdue invoices may be charged interest of up to 5%
- Customers will be charged for any legal proceedings/collections for overdue invoices
- Complaints must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of order
- All orders will be subject to 10% overs and unders and will be charged according to the prices quoted
- We will not be held responsible for any problems that are beyond our control or that have been caused by a third party or supplier
- We will not be held responsible for loss or damage to any supplied goods. The goods are given at customers own risk and every attempt is taken to keep garments in the condition they are supplied
These terms and conditions shall not affect the statutory rights of the consumer
